THIS MAY SHOCK YOU... Most are just ROBOTS and have No idea!!!

Let's talk about YOUR SUCCESS -- What is the Secret???

I want to first mention to You something that I feel is very, very important and something You must understand if you are to be a Successful, direct sales, network marketer in this Home-Business Industry!

Rule #1: Do what makes YOU happy and Not what you think others have to do or do to get Results! If you do not do this...  You will quit! You DO NOT have to work certain hours... there are none better than another.... You DO NOT have to make call backs at certain times of the day or week... You can work on Sundays if you want or on Friday or Saturday Night... Do what you want... I usually do the opposite of what everyone else does... I go to the movies on Mondays and like working on Fri, Sat and Sunday... My I always liked doing the opposite of everyone!

Rule #2: Your success has nothing to do with any specific advertising! Advertising is just that.... Advertising...  It is all works... It's all about getting traffic through your system.... I have done all advertising... All advertising does is generate leads... Generating leads does not guarantee Your Success! Of course, You need leads... but it is not the final straw for Money in your pocket....

Rule #3: Then, what Le Anne will guarantee my Success? Rule #3 -- Your success is directly determined by your Mindset and Attitude and People Skills! You must be an inspiration to Your Prospects.... You must have a BIG VISION and Excitement for your own life and portray that to others... You must be able to communicate and be good with all people... YOU MUST LIKE PEOPLE and PEOPLE MUST LIKE YOU!

So is #2 important??? --- YES, You have to have leads going through your system unless your going to spend your life calling warm market or cold calling lead lists

So is #1 important??? --- Very Much So! If you're not happy with they way your life goes everyday... Then, why would you do this business at all.... Life is about being Happy! You should never design a life that makes you not happy everyday!

Rule #1: Do what makes you happy!
Rule #2: Advertise anyway you want and all ways
Rule #3: Have Vision, Mindset, Attitude and Get along with People

Rule #4

Rule #4: Be Different than Everyone Else! Others may call it Branding! -- People know me as Coach Le Anne or Le Anne from Louisiana-- That name is kinda branded. People know me as the single mom who sold her bed room furniture, tv and car to get started. People know me as mentioned on Jeffrey Combs CD's as the woman who said "I will not be denied."

And People know me because I was the one who created the idea of driving voice broadcasting traffic directly and straight to a 20 min recorded message. (CALL 1-800-570-0517 --24/7 recording)

Most people drive traffic to a 2 min message or to a website... I think it is great if it works for You.... but I am different... I do not do it that way... That makes me Unique and Guess What...That is my unique selling point on closing a sale. I do it differently!

So I am branded by Coach Le Anne or Le Anne from Louisiana.... And I am different because I drive traffic straight to the 20 min call and not a 2 min message.

I do not push people to do it my way.... Because quite frankly... I want to be different.

So rule #4 -- Be your Unique Self and Be Different -- One guy we know calls himself "Tom the Furry Hat Guy" and another guy calls himself "The Hippy Jedi" another guy who calls himself "The crazy bald guy" -- You can be as crazy and as entertaining and as funny as you want to be to make yourself stick out from the crowd.... You want to STICK OUT FROM THE REST OF THE CROWD.... You DO NOT want to be and talk and speak like some unenthusiastic ROBOT reading the same dang script as everyone else and doing the same dang thing as everyone else! If you BE like everyone else... then, you are giving your prospects choices to chose to work with anyone because they are all JUST LIKE YOU!

Okay, So one more Rule -- Rule #5 -- Your system must be easy and simple for your prospects to understand. If it looks like to much work to put together.... or too hard to duplicate... then they will not take action and move forward. If it looks to costly on a monthly basis and too time consuming to setup... they won't do it! It will seem too overwhelming to do!

That is why I keep it simple.... All someone needs to get started is get their 20 min system setup and start advertising traffic either for free or with paid methods to that 20 min call.... then notice who is listening and follow  up.... That is it!

I use the website that comes with the company and that is it????

Of course, we have lots of other additions and choices but it is not necessary for your Success! We have other website choices other than the one that you get with MMM and other marketing and presentation choices as well. It is your choice to be as your unique, creative self and brand yourself and select your advertising ways and settle in with your own system method.

I hope this makes sense to everyone!

So basically, You are the SECRET??? The business is just a format for you to Use and to Play with but People join with People! So be the Person you want to be! And enjoy the people that you are going to work with...And don't take any crap from ANYONE when people try to insult you for doing things YOUR WAY and not the ways of the masses. Yes, they may try to mold you back into place.... LOL... but they have no clue that you being different is the Key to Your Success!

Are you a Sponsor Asswhole??? Or Are you a Friendly Team Player???

A sponsor asswhole is someone who is rude and doesn't have time to mastermind, brainstorm and build synergy and momentum with You! When you call them... they don't listen to a word you say! They think "they" are the mentor and you are the idiot... They don't have time to make a good laugh with you as they are TOO BUSY! Too busy being a miserable Asswhole... Too busy trying to chase another sale because they already got "Your Money" and don't believe in You and what you bring to the table!

Have you ever felt that kind of attitude from A SPONSOR???

Well I have and QUITE FRANKLY I am and have always been a top producer and have always brought synergy and value to the team! But sponsor asswhole doesn't take the time to ever find that out...They assume everyone is an idiot!

I have never joined with a Sponsor Asswhole... I have run across them from time to time and they are EASY to pick out within a few minutes of time talking to them over the phone!

I will never join with a Sponsor Asswhole... They are NOT Leaders! They are NOT very intelligent! They are in LACK MODE! They do not LIKE what they are doing! I don't even think they LIKE THEMSELF!

I say they are NOT INTELLIGENT because an Intelligent Real Sponsor knows the synergy and momentum created with a Happy Group working together! They know the FUN of working and masterminding and co-creating with friends! And more importantly they know the VALUE of the minds of all around them and they take advantage of the wisdom. The sponsor asswhole thinks he is the only one and does it all himself... He lives ALONE!

You see...everyone has wonderful creative ideas to contribute and quite frankly many of the new members that join with me teach me a thing or two! Many of my team members lift me up on days when I am down as I do for them! It works hand-in-hand both ways! You need me and I need You!

So dismissing a new members VALUE and Intelligence and Experience and Wisdom is a DUMB DUMB DUMB mistake that Sponsor Asswhole makes. He totally dismisses, ignores, and treats others as less than! The sponsor asswhole acts as if He is the only leader and He/She knows everything and You know nothing!

So, what does it feel like to work with a REAL, Legitimate Sponsor who is a true leader and developer of people! They are a true friend maker. They are good with all kinds of personalities and are big business builders! They are pleasant and fun to work with and you would never, ever be afraid to mastermind or call or talk to one of them at anytime. They make you feel special and at ease every time you talk to them! They uplift You! The sponsor Asswhole... insults you!

Working with a Real Sponsor feels like a RELIEF! It feels like you CAME HOME! It feels comfortable and easy and fun! There is No Fear -- It is co-creative and inspiring and uplifting to go to work everyday! It is exciting to be productive in that kind of environment and makes you WANT to work! The sponsor asswhole makes you dread working!

The Real Sponsor is a TRUE Professional and a TRUE  leader. They are not afraid of other people! They love co-creating with every ones gifts! The Sponsor Asswhole is  an Amateur who has much to learn. As a matter of fact, the sponsor asswhole needs to do more listening instead of speaking!
